Aslando Basic Training Program
The Aslando basic training program offers a systematic and comprehensive learning process for individuals new to martial arts. The training process teaches basic stance techniques, reflex development exercises, balance control, methods of defense against attack, and effective defense strategies.
The program enables participants to improve their body coordination, accelerate their reflexes, and gain the ability to make the right decisions in crisis situations. Breath control, concentration techniques, and mental resilience exercises are also an important part of the training program.
Thanks to the principle-based approach of the Aslando system, students learn logic-based defense techniques instead of memorized movements. This enables them to develop effective and quick solutions against different attack situations.
