What is Aslando

Aslando literally means "Lion's Way" (Do = Path), the strongest animal of the land. Technically speaking, it is a Turkish Art of War and Defense, not only for feet or hands, but also for learning everything needed, including different techniques from other martial arts. Aslando is also taught especially to security forces and special operations.

50% kick is used 50% punch. Aslando has naturally become a realistic, fast, practical, effective war and defense art by using a logic based on intelligent thinking and removing everything unnecessary from the mind. As a system, Aslando consists of principles, not monotonous movements. The student of Aslando learns not to use unnecessary force, not to stand in the way of his opponent's power, to use the power applied to him for his own benefit, to fight not only against one person but also against many people at the same time, to be fluent and comfortable. It provides harmony of body and soul. Techniques that are repeated many times become reflexive. In Aslando, the concepts of truth, kindness, patience, love and respect are taught during the education process. It develops the intelligence of the athlete and gives him the ability to act on his own. It gives vitality and agility to the human body. Thus, feelings of self-confidence, self-control and concentration develop. The person learns to act correctly and wisely during the fight with the opponent. Aslando training is a training method that provides success with practical intelligence, gives spirit and normal strength, and also improves concentration. Developing human character, strengthening of will and learning ability and tolerant behavior are provided. The most important factor that distinguishes Aslando from others is that it works with sensitive points in the human body. Aslando is generally performed without the use of weapons. However, Aslando also provides training on using any object you can see and hold as a weapon. There is a special self-protection system developed against all kinds of armed and unarmed attacks. Regardless of the body anatomy, a person who wants to study Aslando can find a place for himself in this system.

Aslando is not a force-based martial art. Its essence arose from the desire to defend itself against much stronger opponents. You can rent your opponent's attack and add your own power and reflect it to the opponent. It is clearly to neutralize the opponent with his own energy. It means to neutralize the opponent by taking advantage of his momentary surprise by nullifying the movements and predictions of the opponent. Naturally, it uses a scientific logic based on intelligent thinking and discarding everything unnecessary, while also trying to provide a safe environment for its students to develop themselves. Aslando, which is the way of protection and protection, is a mental and physical training work that aims to maximize technical, tactical, mental, psychological, speed, endurance, strength / strength, flexibility and agility developments, while planning to minimize injury while doing this.
If we look at the violent events, from the beatings to the most horrific murders, it has the content of proving itself for no reason. However, Aslandocu only defends himself and does not try to prove himself because he is trained to neutralize the opponent. The proof is the sports degree he has for him. He never uses the crucial blows that a Aslando player knows in a street fight. It even takes some light hits if needed.
Exercise movements and discipline, which we call culturephysics, can be heavy for beginners. If there was no “Do” philosophy, people with aggressive feelings and thoughts would apply the techniques they have learned when they encounter anything they do not want in their daily lives, and they will make irreversible and even irreparable mistakes and become a bomb that will explode. Sometimes the meaningless ,,Do' is really important. Aslando is a martial art using hands and feet, but it is also a physical and spiritual motivation. Aslando is an art and its ultimate goal is not to win; It aims to mature the moral and character of human beings.

Aslando works barefoot and in a special uniform. In Aslando, as in many other martial and martial arts originating from the Far East, belts tied on the dress are used to indicate experience and mastery.

Belts: At the beginning, each Liondoctor is given a white belt. Having gained experience in training and competitions over time, Aslando players are subject to certain tests and skip generations. Thus, the color of the generations changes. These generations, in order; ………………… in colors. To facilitate the grading, there is an intermediate belt between the two belts.

The black belt is the top belt. But there are degrees of black belt as well. These are 1st Dan (San), 2nd Dan (San), 3rd Dan (San), 4th Dan (San), 5th Dan (San), 6th Dan (San), 7th Dan (San) The 8th Dan (San), the 9th Dan (San) and the 10th Dan (San). There is a certain cooldown between each Dan (San) degree. This period is as long as Dan (San) degree. For example: Someone who is 4th Dan (San) has to wait 4 years to pass 5th Dan (San) and then takes a test.
An athlete must attain the age of 16 to become a black belt. If he is not old enough, he can get a Toy belt instead of a black belt. The degrees of the Toy generation are 1.Toy, 2.Toy and 3.Toy.

1 generation exam is held in 4 months, successful ones move to the next generation. It is also possible to rise by skipping intermediate generations according to success.
The highest level in Aslando is the black belt, which is a teacher's degree. After that, the ascensions called “Dan (San)” are passed.

ASLANDO's work consists of several parts.

1. Training (Basic technical rules, culturephysics, basic technical work, handwork, pair work)
2. Competition
3. It is Wrinkle.

Technical terms and titles are in Turkish. It is an excellent and logical system to defend and protect yourself on the street against the increasing number of snatching incidents today. It is a system that every person from 7 to 70 can easily do and apply against the events they encounter inside and outside the hall. Exercises and discipline can naturally be difficult for a beginner student. However, with hard and disciplined work, the result is approached. In order to achieve success, the student has to be patient and resilient. It contributes greatly to the self-confidence of the child, who starts at an early age, and to the development of a culture of respect in the society within the framework of the hall rules. The most important quality sought in an athlete is respect and discipline.

Aslando starts with kindness and tolerance and ends with kindness and tolerance.

Aslandocu always grows up to be fair, impartial, tolerant, just and beneficial to the society.
